Project Manager/Assistant

Overseeing the success, planning, design, monitoring and closure of all projects

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Dealing with correspondence (phone calls, emails etc.)

Liaising directly with staff, clients and customers

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Handling and determining all weekly schedules (working closely with the Operations Manager)

Maintaining professional supplier interactions 

Managing all quotations and invoices Interaction with production team

Knowledge of products and stock items

Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products

Must be:

Professional and dedicated 

Extremely organised and efficient 

Able to communicate professionally 

Comfortable with computers

Inclined to design/aware of global trends 

Operations/Production Manager

Monitor and improve quality, delivery, material usage and production efficiency

Organize all stock and manage the flow of production

Set high standards for production team

Provide day to day management of production team

Work with production team to improve projects and problem solve

Work internally on product development to introduce new products and styles

Train staff as needed

Maintain a safe and productive work environment 

Create production schedules

Oversee all jobs from production to installation 

Manage stock levels

Generate stock orders

Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products

Required: Experience in production and project management 

Sales Executive

Point of contact between the organisation and clients

Generating business and interest through networking

Introducing new products

Targeting new clients: establishing contact and developing new relationships with prospect customers

Recommending solutions to clients through our products

Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products

Required: Experience/Interest in design, Experience in sales
