We have won the Z&R Product of the Year Award 2018 with our innovative Twin Pull solution! The price of renowned Dutch trade journal Z&R was awarded to our Engineering team. From a large number of entries, the expert jury selected the Twin Pull – the comfortable and simple solution for making new and existing roller shades child-safe.

With laws and regulations regarding child safety of products used in homes and buildings becoming more and more stringent, the demand for child-safe window coverings has substantially increased in recent years. The conventional chain mechanism for roller blinds has a continuous loop and is therefore not safe for children. Our Twin Pull mechanism offers the features of the trusted chain technique, but without the unsafe loop. The operating chain is disconnected to create two separate chains without a loop that have been made retractable to drive the mechanism. The Twin Pull design is inherently child-safe: extra components are no longer required.
